Publicize and coordinate the various arts activities that currently exist in the area;
Initiate new arts programs and support existing arts programs, such as exhibits, festivals and concerts as needed; and
Provide technical, development and staff support, and in some instances funding, to area artists and arts organizations for increased opportunities for enjoyment and appreciation of the arts.
